Gemini’s free tier covers it. On a paid key, a resume costs a few cents, billed to you by Google.
Your own Gemini quota
Every line comes from the profile you upload. Titles, companies and dates are copied from it, never generated.
Roles are picked from your profile by reference
Each requirement in the posting is matched against your profile. Only what your profile backs up reaches the resume.

The only place your key is kept.
Tailor’s server
Saves your profile, applications and PDFs. Never receives your key.
Your browser calls Google’s Gemini API directly over HTTPS. Tailor’s server only ever sees the results, never the key, so it can’t be logged or leaked from there. On a shared computer, keep it for the tab only.
A per-request Content Security Policy only lets the app’s own scripts run next to your key, and the page can only connect to Tailor and Google’s Gemini API.
Stored PDFs are deleted a day after they’re made. Older resumes are rebuilt on demand, not kept.
Remove one application or your whole account, profile and all, from Settings at any time.
Don’t just take this page’s word for it. Every line is public on GitHub under the AGPL-3.0 license, including how your key is handled. Read the code, open an issue, or run your own copy.
Sign in with Google, add your Gemini key in Settings, and paste the first job description.
